This was a petty report.

Muting a violator twice for the same offense? Why?

Last time this occurred, this was not effective and created turnover.

The report itself isn't petty. It's up to an admin to decide the outcome of a report. In this case, the admin chose to mute this guy for an extended 3 days. And honestly it has no impact because this guy in particular doesn't even play deathrun that often, so who cares?

I can't agree when it comes to 2 disciplinary actions being enforced on the same violation in question.

The only clue from this is that he was saying this when the vote was made.
If he said it in voice and then here, the mute was still erectable as a measure prior to acceptance. There is no evidence of voice.
There is also an elephant in the room.

3 days? Are guidelines no longer a basis to follow? If the other votemutes account for 3 days, then why add it on top of another?

Full-fledged Hardcore dickriding rulebreakers. Nobody cares about you opinion of punishment durations......take off the fake sheriff badge and throw away that condom you used.

Ban Lengths

Here are the standard ban lengths. Use longer ban times based on the seriousness of the offense, or if the person plays rarely and would not be affected by a short ban time, or is a repeat offender.

Again, it's up to the admin. And I don't know why you keep trying to defend these people anyway. Just let them be. They decided to say a slur, they get punished for it. Prepuce doesn't play often, so he gets a somewhat longer mute/ban length. No one is affected by this in any way, technically.

The punished dude is a level 0 scrub throwaway steam account in an edgy steam group......I doubt even he gives a fuck about their own punishment. Only @Winnie and @Cream Tea do

Where is the voice evidence that supports it?
Where is the certainty that it wasn't vote abuse itself that could warrant it to be discrimination before the reaction to the vote?
Why should I not care for new players? Why attempt to limit the server away from them? They are valid just as regulars are.

I doubt even he gives a fuck

He left after seeing that he got muted for 30 minutes.
He comes back tomorrow, and he is still muted.

This is double punishment. I would ask for the discipline to be erased. But if an in-between is the only option, at most a day, per my request.

I'm not going to explain this in depth since I don't want to stir things up, but Prepuce Restoration isn't exactly a good person for a lot of reasons. In short, his friends (and himself a bit) harass others or spread false shit about people just because they don't like them. (If you want proof, just ask, I could send in PMs. Not gonna report them since I had to look through stats to find them.) I don't blame you for not knowing, of course, but still.

Not every new player is going to be a good person or a good candidate to become a regular on Skial. Not everyone deserves a second chance.

And if his immediate reaction to having a vote called on him is to say a slur, then why are you even defending him? Why would you want someone like this to continue playing on Skial? Because he's "just as valid as regulars are?" Ok.

I don't think it matters. He was reported because he said a slur in chat, that's all. You don't need evidence for him saying it in VC when that's not what this report was made for.
