Somewhat Threatening Sniper
This happened two times, the last one we all tried to force the map to change by rtv and then kb, but the round continue without players

Another POV, in regards to dr_bog_v2a_fix, abeit longer video. No idea how this bug activated, but in terms of fixing the situation, changing to Death/Activator's team did nothing, RTV didn't do anything, and all players dying also didn't do anything. We were stuck for roughly 6-7 minutes and the only way the round changed was the motivator got to the end. And like RicEnder said, this happened twice. Once in the video, another earlier in the session.

EDIT: Added the other instance of the map breaking.

That's not the cause. We have hale_first_round set to 1 which means the code to do anything with tf_logic_arena does not get run. And even if it did, all it does is block capping for 60 seconds, and if the tf_logic_arena is not found, it doesn't do anything either.
