Investigating Daffy_Duck - he vote all the time around of 5 times each map

Ok I'm in the same server rigth now, this guy Daffy_Duck alway insult, abuse vote menu, mic spam racism etc etc.

Constantly switches teams, It is impossible to try to play

I watched 5 rounds.
1. This guy is definitely an ass, and I can confirm that he sits in spec until he can get on the winning team. Makes me want to ban him.
2. There is no micspam, racism in his chatlog, or racism over the mic. There's 1 "faggot" in the log, but with no context at all.
3. I see the report attempts in his chatlog, but I have no way of knowing if they were legitimate or not, and he didn't try any while I was there.
4. I can also confirm that he calls a lot of votes, but they're all scrambles when his team is losing, and all talk votes otherwise. Several of them passed. I would take bogus votes targeted at another player much more seriously.

Nothing bannable here, but I will keep my eyes open for him and I added the reporter who apparently plays with him often.
