While I call it college, technically I went to "Central Connecticut State University" I honestly don't know if there's a difference between a college and university.I can't wait 'til college.

I hope to do a semester in Sweden (Or Denmark) ASAP. I want to get out of America and see Europe, damn it.I can't wait 'til college.

In American, college is a more general term, and university is though of as higher-tier college. While I call it college, technically I went to "Central Connecticut State University" I honestly don't know if there's a difference between a college and university.
...my God...you went to school in my state. While I call it college, technically I went to "Central Connecticut State University" I honestly don't know if there's a difference between a college and university.

So I'm going off to college next year, and I have a few questions for those of you who are currently attending or have completed your higher education:
1. What's something you brought that you never needed?
2. What's something you DIDN'T bring that you really wished you had?
3. How did you manage your time?
4. Got any good money-saving tips?
5. Anything else I should know
Well I've also lived in CT my entire life......my God...you went to school in my state.![]()
Well I didn't want to make an assumption on that point just in case you were an out of state student.Well I've also lived in CT my entire life...

Sweden or Norway. Denmark's nice, but it's the most Americanized country of the North European ones, whereas Sweden and Norway are more traditional. Finland's also great.I hope to do a semester in Sweden (Or Denmark) ASAP. I want to get out of America and see Europe, damn it.
I guess I meant more that college (at least in those college movies) looks like a fucking 24/7 party with mascots and own sweaters and shit, whereas universities in Sweden is go study and enjoy the city sights no clubs fuck you. While I call it college, technically I went to "Central Connecticut State University" I honestly don't know if there's a difference between a college and university.
im not in college yet but i live in a dorm in highschoolReally? My house is about 2 minutes away from the college I'll be attending, but my parents tell me to stay there; that dorm life was one of the best parts of college for them. I've also stayed in friend's dorms on weekends, and it was a BLAST. I can't wait to get out of the house.
reminds me of that goofy goes to collage movie XDI can't wait 'til college.

Nah, we have 2 schools, Primary (years 1-6, ages 5-11), Secondary (years 7-11, ages 12-16) and then either Sixth form if your school has it (12-13, age 16-18) or collegeIsn't that high school?
