cleaver ban on lobby servers

take not it says LOBBY. you know for competitive settings where this weapon will be banned this season

might as well set up a whole whitelist, uhh.

they ban the machina because it can pierce ubers.
who'd even USE that function, or even KNOW about it? Competitive's weapon banning is fucking stupid.

Machina rightfully deserve it's ban, a few things I question..but as someone who uses and abuses the cleaver in pubs, it's pretty overpowered if you have a brain and know how to use it.
