Need Evidence cbl2001 - Excessive Freekilling

1 time for griefing, 1 time for freekilling but a minor offence because other guards where basically freekilling too.. hard to tell if he was just freehitting or he actually intended to freekill

"need evidence" for next report on him maybe but for now, i think he had learned his lesson because he ended the next rounds as guard as should..
