Can't equip weapons? (backup is up confirmed)

Can't equip weapons? (backup is up confirmed)
So my dumb ass thought skial banned cloak and dagger (yes, I'm that dumb) but it turns out I just can't equip any weapon in my backpack, it says it's equipped but I resupply and it's whatever I had my preset as, did anyone get this before any fixes? thanks.
