Hello, first of all I would love to thank everyone who is reading my thread and I shall start writing my thread. Thank you. First of all, I would like to ask you, are "disgusting" sprays bankable? According to Google Definition, "blood that has been shed, especially as a result of violence". Not DISGUSTING sprays.

This user has been banned under the following: Gore. However this is not Gore, but instead a disgusting sprays. According to the rules, people are NOT allowed to post Gore, Child porn, etc. But no where does it say "disgusting" spray.

I suggest the following, either UNBAN the user or change the rule from gore to: "Gore, which includes feces...."

But you forgot about this line:

We reserve the right to remove any spray even if they are not listed above.

That basically gives everyone the possibility to remove unfitting sprays. Wether that is a good idea or not, I don't know.

Thank you T-Wayne for your post and I 100% agree with you. It's posts like yours why I love making threads and continue on what I do, which is to help people and bring them at peace.

Back on topic, I believe the user of that thread I linked got banned, but was not warned to remove his spray.

So what exactly is "unacceptable" then? I post a picture of a "shit" I get banned for it when it's not against the rules. According to the rules, admins are allowed to "remove" sprays NOT BAN for them. That spray is disgusting, but not gore.

The spray was obviously inappropriate, hence the Report made because of its presence and it's confirmation by an Admin that it wasn't acceptable.
We are allowed to warn instead of immediately punishing, but that's optional.

I don't know if I am not speaking proper English or I am just retarded, but you RESERVE the right to REMOVE any spray. NOT reserve the right to BAN for any spray. You said your self you are allowed to "warn" instead of punishing. If I post a spray that an admin does not like and I get banned for it when it does not fall under the category of the rules is purely not fair. That's why I said edit the rules in regards to this. You can remove any spray but you need to warn the person before you just ban him out of the blue. If it was gore I would understand, but this wasn't.

We are well within our right to ban someone for sprays at our discretion.

This is obviously a spam post since your first suggestion was to unban someone whos ban already expired.
