In a different light, Biggie operating under the Skial banner as an administrator, I know Biggie will make an excellent addition to your team. First I would open console, type status, find and copy Dorian's Steam ID. Then I would type in console sm_ban "#STEAM_0:1:43857114" 1440 "Exploiting"
I would also check SourceBans to see if he had previous bans, and adjust it from there.
Even if Dorian is a friend of mine, that still does not mean he can't get banned for breaking the rules.
