Invalid Banned for vote abuse

Hello,

I have received a temp. ban for "vote abuse".

The voting was regarding a turkish guy, speaking turkish constantly on the mic, annoying people. When I asked him to stop he would talk even more in turkish, on a uk server. All I did was try to mute this guy.

Yesterday he tried muting me 10 times, and only succeeded once. My mutevotes actually succeed almost every time because everyone agrees this guy ( Monkey [DDV] ) is annoying as hell.

I don't care so much that you ban me. It's lack of being able to judge properly. I did nothing wrong. People WANTED this guy muted. Noone understand turkish, and he knew perfectly well it annoys people. Someone pulled some strings/social contact of admin whines to the right guy and I got banned. That's ok. Just realise you were wrong, and if you insist your ban is in order, then you defo have to ban Monkey.

If anything though, I shouldn't get banned. I should receive a medal from stopping people from having to read Monkey's offensive crap (calls people noob everytime he dies) and half the game listening to the turkish language.

I want an apology.

did you even check out monkey? you really haven't investigated this at all. youre pointing at the wrong guy. that you didnt investigate it says the following: youre a kiddo, not even 18 yet. and instead of realising where you went wrong and dealing with it like an adult, you deal with it like a child.

this is the guy i'm dealing with. can you not see hes doing worse than me. if anything what im doing is retaliation. he votebanned more (not even just me, other guy too within last few days) and he callvoted gag more than me. and he walks around unbanned because him and his friends riled up against me. And you let it happen.

not only does he KNOW his turkish is annoying (sure he can talk turkish, but can he talk half the match in a languag that annoys everybody but his turkish friends?) but look a tall the votes. this guy makes trouble for alot of people. let alone that his chat annoyed alot of people, even people speaking in english HALF THE ENTIRE MATCH should be gagged.

grow up pants. either apologise because you are wrong for banning me and not monkey, or ban monkey aswell to make it right.

i expect no corrections from you. you do not seem smart enough to realise you did wrong. just know that you are wrong and you should not be an admin if you havent even checked out monkey before replying "enough said".

Look kiddo, let's get this straight. You were banned rightfully and your mad now, you know what you did is wrong so just sit out the ban and don't expect for apologies. I will look into monkeys chatlog and i'll have an eye on him.
Either way, this is not getting you unbanned

I think pants is way farther in live then you'll ever get. Speaking other languages is allowed on our servers. If you are annoyed so much you can just client mute him and ignore him.

there is no "keeping an eye" here. this guy did more wrong than me, and you say my ban is justified and this guy can get off. if any of you want to make it right, ban monkey. if youre letting him wander around freely, and slapping ME on the wrist, i do not wish to be a member of any of your groups nor play on any of your servers.

the laws that apply to me should apply to all. ban him and we're cool. dont and im out. what is 1 player anyway. but i refuse to play where i get in trouble for being less of a jerk than someone else and he gets nothing. don't "keep an eye". If you slap my wrist, slap his.

im not mad because im banned, im mad because im banned while a jerk 5 times my magnitute is not. and you approve this.

Honestly, I believe you went about this all wrong. If you truly had no intention of contesting your ban, and only interest in getting Monkey banned, you posted in the wrong section. To accomplish what you were trying to do, you would've needed to post in the Reports section. Had you posted there, in the proper format, and provided proper evidence, I do believe you could have accomplished what you set out to do. However by stirring the shit here in a completely immature manner, you accomplished nothing more than frustrating yourself further. My advice, just wait out the ban and get over it. It isn't worth the mental exhaustion to get this mad over someone you don't even know. Is he really worth this much mental energy to you? Don't you think you could put your focus on something more productive? I've said my piece. Absorb what you will from it.

Edit: It appears Zeebz appeased you, but I still feel you went about this the wrong way.

Anyway, monkey was banned so let's move on.​
 
First of all, I don't like being insulted. I'm 22 and I've managed to get a college degree and have a regular full time job. I also know how to use the shift key, unlike you.

1.) I know Monkey can be annoying and he's been banned MULTIPLE times.
2.) I looked at the report, saw you putting up a lot of votes, so I put the ban in place. The report was about you, not Monkey.

EDIT: Also, I have nothing to apologize for. Your ban was justified and if that was incorrect, that's all what I would have to apologize for.
