This guy was tricky.. He aiming was very smooth at some points. and others it wasn't. After seeing him trace people i am very certain he at least has a wallhack. I assume he has an aimbot too.

I confirmed it with him. I went Cloak & Dagger right next to him as he sniped, as you may see. Apparently some aimbots HS cloaked spies and some don't.
I also agreed with Zebra on-server about the ban once I spectated him myself.

On the better programs it's toggle-able, either they didn't think to disable it or they're using a crappy program.
