Pretty much all Flyers Hockey plays is Turbine
90% of that time is spent playing as Sniper
80% of that time is spent in the same position
95% of that time is spent headshotting people on the easiest map to get headshots ever.
but, he's pretty good. I doubt he would hack (and I see that the person that matters does as well)

I was willing to overturn the ban, but I wanted to see what other people had said. I didn't notice any real snapping which is why I was hesitant. Still seemed like REALLY lucky shots to me, but I don't have 100s of hours as Sniper so maybe I'm not the best judge. You can close this thread otherwise we might get a bunch of random comments from others which aren't needed.
EDIT: The spy who got randomly killed called for the voteban by the way. If I was in his shoes I probably would have too.

I honestly cannot count the number of times I have played with Flyers Hockey, got shot in the head, went spy, equipped an enforcer and just used my cloak and dagger to get right behind him. Walking right in front of his face.
Uncloaking behind him.
Mowing him down with my Enforcer.
Doing this three times.
Forcing him to rage switch to Pyro.
Hiding in a corner as he spams flamethrower everywhere.

I don't know how many fucking times this clown has swapped to the winning team so he can sit in the back and beat off to his head shots. When he CAN'T join the winning team, he'll often vote afk-kick someone on the winning team JUST so he can swap. That kind of behavior is just retarded. I've seen MANY MANY MANY regulars get vote kicks against them because baby flyers can't be on the team with the middle.
You should re-ban this ass hat. I'm collecting demos of his behavior. I dunno about aimbotting... he prolly does but it's immaterial... this guy is just a douche.

Being a douchebag isn't against the rules. Well, I guess it could be depending on what you're being a douche about. Also we have no rules against team swapping.
When I was on I didn't see it from him at all. Maybe I'll hang out on turbine more often to observe.
Well the afk voteban does it for 30 minutes. Honestly I think it should only be like a 5 minute ban just to tell them it's not OK to idle on a regular server...but again....can we lock this thread before it derails please.

First of all, I NEVER abuse the vote system. Most of the time, when I start a vote, it's because I was just sitting in the lobby waiting for a slot to open up. Some players get to sit for 15 minutes, namely {420} DOG or {420} Burn or whatever. If that person who I stared at with disgust while everyone else in the server got more points, and only his time in the server is the thing that changes, AND he happens to be on the winning team, I don't really care. I never try to tip the scales in order to get on the winning team, so you can take that accusation and shove it up your dumb ass.
That said- Do I change to the winning team? Yeah, probably. I don't bounce around like a tennis ball, but if my team: refuses to spycheck? Go engineer or medic at all? Is utterly incapable of holding the center? Well then, sure, why should I languish as the pyro class, airblasting the 4 ubers coming into the intel hall just to get killed and watch my shit team fall apart? If the team has a legitimate chance of winning the round, I'll stay where I am. And besides, how can you bitch and moan about changing teams when they votescramble after EVERY. FUCKING. ROUND?

Edit- Might I just add, that maybe instead of over-analyzing every little play I make, you worry about your own play? Christ almighty, I definitely shouldn't have gone to work today. I should've stayed here on the internet battling petty accusations all day with you guys.

Right, and as I already stated, I never start votes for people unless I honestly feel they deserve to be kicked. If it were up to me, I'd still have the option to votekick, rather than the 30 minute ban. If I get killed 3-5 times, and still see an idle player in spawn in a full server, I'm going to votekick him. If I had to wait in line behind an idle player (12 points in an hour of play) for 10 minutes, and he's not gone by the time I'm in the server, I'm going to start a vote. This isn't me "being a douche", as you so eloquently put it, it's demanding something from team mates which I am more than capable of providing myself- effort.
The whole tiff between Giildy and I was over this very issue. I saw a player in spawn who was idle. Okay, fine. I go to my sniper nest for a few minutes, need to reload or get killed or whatever, and he's still there- idle. Annoying, but not mind-melting. 10 minutes later, he's moving around spawn, not leaving the invulnerable doors. I start a vote, which for whatever reason draws the ire of quite a few people. At this point, I explain how he's been in the server for over an hour with 23 points. NO ONE is that bad. He was evading the AFK manager, and detracting from my team (which was losing badly, by the way). It was a textbook definition of evading the AFK manager, in fact, and I caught nothing but shit from Giildy as well as anyone else willing to take her side (internet white knight syndrome at it's goddamn worst).
Addressing the original quote- you're wrong. Why would ANYONE "randomly vote kick people"? Twiztidguy has tried to votekick me more than a few times, but he does it just to be a dick, so even that isn't "random". I know the penalties for calling baseless votekicks, as the scrolling rules remind me- abusing the votekick will cause a ban. My attempts to remove dead weight are in fact quite focused at very very few players who are breaking the rules which you claim to uphold. I wouldn't need to votekick someone to troll them, either. If I could fight with my mouth, I'd be world champion.

You trivialized my motives, which is passive aggressive. This whole situation has me feeling overly combative, something I don't like to be. Any comment which can be construed as offensive will be putting me on the defensive. I apologize if I read too far into it.
I see you around a lot Flyers and I think you're probably legit. Going forward, I would install PREC to autorecord demos. Set prec_mode to 3 in your autoconfig to record all games (not just competitive matches - see the readme). If someone ever tries to question you again, you have proof to the contrary.
