Ban Request: Sea [vps], Spamming voteban

You quoted "I think 20-30 is spam".
First off, you attempted to /voteban or /votemute the person. That's obviously normal, but then you tried to /report him 1-2 times more. (I'm not sure about twice more, but another vote was initiated.)
And secondly, who has the time for the 4-8 minute cooldown to spam 20-30 votes. There's no way anyone could do that.
 
In fairness despite me not knowing the issue...the spam does say something along the line sof "if votemenu fails, use !report." Since his vote failed, he tried the next step...I'm not saying he was in the right nor am I in the situation to comment, but those two screenshots just prove he tried to vote someone, it failed...so he tried to report.
