This guy scammed me out of my unusual :@
I don't have any chat records but the name I posted isn't his full name
Its like [S.o.S] (ALTCODE LETTER) Almighty (MUSIC ALT CODE)

Please ban him from skial servers and ask him to give my unusual back, i miss it.
He said that it was worth 1 bills and I said its not, Its worth 1 buds.
So he put in this craft hat + 1 buds
Then i ticked the box for trade
then we were talking in trade chat for a while
Then I noticed the trade tick box was undone(he changed the buds)
I thought nothing of it and carried on talking
Then he said this is an unfair offer and said we shouldn't do it
Then he said, it dosen't matter etc
Then we traded and it said I got some crappy bills and some other crappy hat instead of my buds.

Please ban him he shouldn't be able to scam anyone else.
Also I want my hat back <-------- Top Priority :P

The server on which it happened was the one with the map trade_portal2_beta2

This is not scamming. your fault for not checking. its like as if someone sold you an uncraftable weapon or a not full dueling mini game.

I disagree, even if it was his fault that doesn't mean the scammer should get away with it. Ignoring this will only encourage item switchers, and even if everyone is aware of them it's really just a waste of time to deal with somebody whose intention isn't to trade, but to scam. Need more proof, like a screenshot of your item history, his ID (you can get it from the history too), the ID of the scammed item for a start.

maybe he shouldn't get away with it. But I don't think its a bannable offense.
