Ban request: pr1mus

First, some context;
Yesterday I joined the saxton hale server; only to find pr1mus constantly (as in non-stop) spamming his sound files. Not being able to be muted/gagged (greyed out), nor stopping when asked to, I decided it wasn't worth my trouble and left.

Today, I joined the saxton hale server again, only to find pr1mus trying to mute and gag me before I'd hardly said a word. (The vote failed ofcourse.)
As I kept playing on the server, pr1mus was telling other people off,
boasting about how awesome he was, and playing his sound files.

Getting annoyed at this, I responded (probably shouldve ignored him, but eh.)
as such, he decided to get more and more verbose in his personal attacks on me.

Unfortunately, I do not have a replay (though I'll make one if it occurs again),
and as said, I shouldnt have responded to him. (I assume the mods can read the dialogue at said time, so they can see the whole chain of conversation.)

In the end I find all of this somewhat amusing, as he has recently requested other people to be banned for similar reasons. I'd expect him to know better, but alas.

HOLY LAWLS! Anyway Mic spamming is aloud on Saxton Hale, but I don't agree with his behavior.
 
One in particular I can think of, he has this soundbite that he constantly plays, it says "Keep up, Motherfucker!" He plays it all. the. time.

i don't spam constantly, i do it on occasion but not to the point you can argue i do it non-stop, you argue this because you don't have a recording, which is convenient for you considering you are lying and you don't have anything to backup your claim of "he was micspamming non-stop". when you people ask me to stop playing soundfiles, i tell you people to client-mute me, which you people don't do and just resort to the votemute for no good reason, and after votemuting me; you people just talk shit whilst i can't say anything back because it makes you feel good, no? (in fact, the occasion you are speaking of; i wasn't even using HLDJ until the vote already started, i figured
would be a good song to play considering how hostile some of you people get).

i called the votemute on you after i got muted myself, and you were one of the people that were talking the most shit, so i figured; if you people want to mute someone for being good (and F2P, which is a fun story on it's own*) i could votemute you for being a douche.

then you go on about personal attacks, as if you aren't guilty of the same thing, if anyone gets any personal attacks; it would be me, i can take the heat and i just hit those people back, an eye for an eye i assume. sorry if you actually got offended and made this thread all the whilst you wholeheartedly tried to convince everyone on the server you weren't in fact holding back your tears, claiming you didn't care. lol

*i changed my name to pr1mus f2p > p2p and some other monikers because people started talking shit about f2p's, i figured i could change my name and rape people to get them off their high horse, instead people got mad, accused me of being too poor to afford the game, and then votemuted me, all the whilst this Vaag guy and some other people kept talking shit. it wasn't until 2 maps later that i could talk, and started rubbing shit in his eyes whenever i killed him despite being lowly f2p scum, ain't that right Vaag?

The fuck is up with writing shit like that in the chat? It doesn't matter what that guy did to piss you of or whatever you don't make fun nor joke about people being adopted. It's low, fucking low. I've seen people get depressed and sad thinking about how their parents are either in a far away country, dead, abandoned or otherwise were incapable of taking care of a child. And then you called him autistic. It's not something you use as something to insult other people. I say, no wonder you got your ass gagged and muted, in fact if I were there I would have started the vote myself.

Second, if anyone is hostile, it's you. You already claimed yourself that you've changed your name and calling out how good you are, just to get responses.You're provoking additional reactions just because you like it apparently.

I only have a problem with your disruptive behaviour, constant demand of attention, for which you'll talk down against anyone else.

all the while playing sound files, that doesnt improve my gaming experience.

One, Micspamming IS allowed on VSH, to an extent. If he was spazzing into his mic that would be different.

Two, it's a custom game mode. People are going to be dicks, take xxPyroxx and gtadr for example. Both fine examples of children.

I did review his chat log however, that I do agree deserves a ban. Not cool pr1mus. What happened to you, you used to be nice to have on the server.
 
It's a good thing you reported him and you did a good job with screenshots in it too. Guys like this needs to be punished and all I have to say now is:

i'm hostile against people that are hostile to me, that's only fair, it isn't until people like you start getting on my balls that you decide to make an enemy, there's also other regulars that i treat like i want to be treated, and that's because they don't hold it against me when i put "f2p" in my name, or goomba them, especially the latter got me a lot of hate on the server.

and yes, i like to be provocative towards mindless elitist bigots who think they're better than me just because they spend money on the game, i'll gladly kill them again and rub it in afterwards, people like that are stupid and shouldn't be surprised when they get treated the same way they treat f2p's, discrimination against f2p's boggles my mind and i'd rather not sit idle by the sidelines and have those people have their fun talking shit.

i could see how being the better player on the server demands some spotlight on my part, sorry about that, feel free to best me so the spotlight will shine on you, i could care less about attention, less attention on me means less people giving me shit, which means less retarded votemenu abuse.

so it's okay for other people to endlessly bore me with their tirade of insults ranging from all sorts of different subjects and allegations, but whenever it's me i'm suddenly the one that goes overboard? so be it, i don't remember any sort of "not going overboard" or "don't make fun of this or that" rule, if that would be the case, i would've been up to my ass with people i could potentially get banned, but seeing it's not a rule; i see it only fair for me to hit people with the same ammunition they're hitting me with.

i always bash people who bash me, so not much change there, that and i might have only played on the US VSH server once or twice, so i might've not been the pr1mus you thought i turned out to be *gasp*

I do not give the slightest possible fuck about what he said or did to you, what you did was wrong and I would love to see you banned for making fun of something that no one chooses nor can do something about and possibly something that can affect someone in a very negative way. It's very close to mocking someone for being black or any other color or race and I have no respect for people who think they have a right to do something like this.
 
where does it say micspam is allowed on saxton hale? As far as i am aware, it doesn't.

if the micspamming continues and the vote does not pass, get an admin.

As for general princible, i am banning pr1mus for 3 days. Not for micspamming.

general principle? how is it fair for me to get banned for some unwritten vague rule that i'm not guilty of breaking even if it existed? "trolling", banning me for "trolling" would be trolling on your part. besides, even if i were theoretically trolling; there'd be a load of people for you to ban, so it's only convenient that there's no trolling rule, yet i'm banned for it. lol what

so let me get this straight, i put up with shit that by your vague notion could be "trolling", then i make other people put up with the same shit they're giving me, and i'm the one whose "trolling"? makes sense, unless you'd like to elaborate for what reason you are actually banning me for, i'd love to hear it.
