time: earlier today, not sure what exact time.

was playing VSH, playing regularly on the minegay map, all the sudden the map glitched for me whilst i was riding the cart; a result of this was that i glitched into the map whilst riding the cart (only my head was sticking out like some sort of talking cabbage, i could still fidget around a bit by spamming jump, but not much else) this was called out by this Demotana guy as "griefing", i told him the map did this to me, but he constituted he would ban me for getting stuck into the map; so naturally i laughed it off until hale ended the round and rendered me un-glitched again. but this Demotana guy wouldn't stop pressing the issue that already happened two rounds ago, so i votemuted him after countless retarded griefing allegations. this was met with votebans from him.

^-he makes another vote in the beginning of this video, it fails as well; i stopped recording somewhere after he makes a third vote; from the second vote to the third vote you can see i'm not griefing, i made the video to showcase my innocence in case people were dubious regarding whether i would be griefing or not, consider that my innocence. my guess is that he's either pissy about getting votemuted, or he still thought i was accountable for the game glitching me inside the terrain like 10 fucking rounds ago.
 
This glitch occurs when the minecart runs over you while coming down about halfway through the loop. It's a really odd glitch because instead of pushing you back, it pushes you INTO the ground and people can sometimes hide in the ground if the minecart pushes them far down enough.

yes, i found that out the hard way; before i got glitched into the ground, i also got my head stuck in the bridge; i also had no clue how that happened either; but i was an easy target too in that case. custom maps sometimes come with glitches like that.

why should i? i could still fight, be that hanging in midair (didn't work so well) or in diglett mode (which didn't end well either), might not be convenient, i also couldn't be arsed enough exploding myself when i possibly found myself in an unique position.

So wait, you mean you got stuck into the map and couldn't move, or you just got stuck inside the ground but could still move? In case you got absolutely stuck into the map then I'd say that yeah, I can understand that people consider that griefing if you won't kill yourself.

i got stuck in place, but i could still shoot and stuff; in comparison, people that camp (aka a pretty big margin at all times) would also be griefing because they don't move either, whilst still able to defend themselves for a small time until hale catches up. it's not like i deliberately glitched myself stuck for shits and giggles, i figured i could just sit there and wait for hale to end me whilst i could maybe get a few shots onto him. i wasn't obstructing the game either or wasting time, it was comparable to just standing still on the map.

in case if i were not stuck and could just scurry underground whilst being immortal, i would kill myself because that would count as exploiting, besides it would take a very long time to kill hale with limited ammo.
 
Well in the future you could of just client muted him. Didn't need to vote mute him for a personal issue. Thats just my personal opinion on how to handle little things like that.

I read the chat logs and watched the demo. Seeing as how he called another vote well after the fact, i am going to ban him for a day. However, next time you find yourself "off the map" i expect you to kill yourself. Using the glitch, even though you didn't purposely do it, is still just as bad. You technically are glitching. I don't exactly know what the glitch is or where you were. So i am not going to be to anal about it. Just try to keep it in mind, since you weren't obstructing play, i don't see any point to ban you for it. That and no one else made a big deal out of it, so it couldn't of been that bad. I don't think its anything to ban for actually, if it happened the way you say.

First of all, pr1mus was stuck in the ground completely under tracks and he couldn't fight at all for sure, even if he could, what idiot would think he can kill a Hale with loads of health as a scout? I asked him to type kill in console AKA suicide, he ignored that and said he is too cool to suicide and such whale****, after that, he reasonlessly votemuted me and somewhy everyone voted Yes, though I did not do s*** that would make me deserve a mute, so yeah, I was muted.
Why did you ban me without asking me too about what happened, KillerZebra?
And why did you ban me without a legit reason to? Pr1mus was harassing me after ignoring me asking him to suicide.
That's horrible from your side, KillerZebra.
Next time, ask both persons, the person who reports, and the person who gets reported, instead of listening to the person who reports, because he lied about being able to shoot at hale.

Still, he deserves a ban too and that's for sure, because, as I already said, he was not able to damage or even kill the Hale, so that was a lie by him, it seems that he thought I would not ever find out about the ban request so he put all his whale**** lie in the thread, and by the way, the only people that voted no probably were his friends so yeah, we missed like 3-4 votes because of them so he did not get a 30 mins ban.

Come with evidence for your claims, according to KillerZebra what you say does not appear to be the case.
 
i didn't ban you for harassing. i banned you for calling a vote well after the fact. it was well past it

Ahem, I said he was harassing me, but that's not actually what I am talking about, he reason-less vote mute'd me, I still can not believe people can be such ***holes as him, I've met a lot of faggots and minges, trolls(all of them were failing roflmao), but this one, is a complete dip****.
Oh yeah, and, I did not freaking know that I am not allowed to start a vote again, because I had no rules to read and I did not care about seeking for that, so you could actually warn for the first time, because I actually never break rules in any servers I join, and if I do not know the rules, I just try to not to be an ass. This is the first time I went that mad so I started a vote again.

Whatever you are trying to do, it's clearly not working. You should try it on another way, start a new tread@ reports. If you bring valid evidence that primus is doing things against the rules, people will lissen to you but don't use ********* and ********* and ***** as an arguement. I had problems with him in the past, but at this moment, you are embarrising yourself here.

a day ban is a warning.

there is a new thing valve put in the game. Its called a client mute. With this tool, you won't be able to hear him talking or see him typing.

and if you want to be unbanned, even though its just a day, you coming on here with this attitude isn't going to do it.

for the future. if you see him doing the glitch again. take a screenshot/demo and shot it to me

first of all, i wasn't completely under the map; second of all, i can pull of shit as scout so this "just suicide because you don't stand a chance"-thing would ruin the mood once everybody is supposed to kill themselves once they realize they don't stand much of a chance.

i votemuted you because you wouldn't shut up about me getting glitched into the map; so after a few rounds of hearing you bitching i decided to votemute you because nobody apparently wanted to hear you make a big show and dance about some non-issue that happened like 15 minutes ago. you saying i was harassing you is pretty funny considering the scenario consisted of you bitching about me griefing and me generally being a "kiddo" for 15 minutes (pretty much akin to those three angry comments you left on my profile shortly after i left the server, this must be pretty deeply rooted huh? not like littering my profile with angry messages isn't harassing, right?), whilst i sat there laughing and telling you to get over it.

and he did ban you for a legit reason, you kept making votebans well after that map even ended; and nobody except you was making any deal about it, that doesn't mean you get to spam votes until one passes, the fact you made votes even on the next map stands testament to how angry you are apparently, that and i'm taking those 3 said comments in account.

and i was able to shoot hale, i could tell because i was able to shoot a nearby wall and the texture of bullet holes would appear on it; not that it really mattered because hale capped the point with about 2-3 people left, so i don't get why you are so upset.
