User scammed me of my Borderlands 2 code, given the rep on his profile, the amount of games he had, and having a clean Steamrep I agreed to go first.

Admittedly that was a bit foolish and now I see why, it's a learning experience I suppose.

Can you provide a picture of your payments received in paypal to show that you didn't receive the payment?
 
Indeed it is, honestly if he didn't say that I would probably have waited 24 hours for my hotmail/paypal to receive something.

For your own protection, you may want to censor your email address in the screenshots so you aren't publicly giving it away.

Also your fullname in Paypal shot should be censored as well... Hopefully admins will just remove them when verified. Would hate to see ya get hit worse.

He's using a fake name in Paypal I imagine, his account is unverified.

But, I agree regardless.

What he said, he honestly seemed like a fairly okay guy so I'm guessing he saw how 'new' I was and assumed that this was my first rodeo.
