Lets keep in mind what they are fighting about.
Okay, here's how this is going to work.
1) Ruelel had a raffle. Del entered. Del entered and couldn't win regardless.
2) Since this is a tf2r.com raffle and not officially a Skial raffle, I'm not holding anyone accountable personally. However, if you are so inclined, you are free to go to tf2r.com and click the little negative thing next to his name.
3) If Del was going to give the weapons away initially, why didn't the recipient join the raffle instead?
I have removed Ruelel as a scammer because this is not scamming. It's a shitty raffle gone bad. Raffling is on an honor system, and the raffle site has a feedback button. If you want to take it out on the kid, do it there. I don't endorse nor condone these things, but this is the fair way to deal with it. I'm leaving the negative feedback on his profile however since there was a miscommunication of some kind. Both parties can leave each other feedback as they see fit.
