Invalid Ban Appeal: Viva La Sam

I was temp banned for not playing as a demoknight like the majority of the server. I was also not the only one playing as a demoknight. This is to date my only ban I have ever received, on Skial or otherwise. It is only a 30 minute ban so that time might be up before this appeal is resolved but I thought it was worth noting anyway.

Edit: One farther note. The stated reason for the ban is "Voteban: griefing." I was not griefing, I was merely playing the game by pushing the objective (something that is often made fun of on that server, even though it is against the rules to refuse to advance the objective) using the class that I felt would be most effective given my style of play.
 
Just read the chat logs. there isn't anything in there that shows why you got banned, just the votemenu ban. With the lack of evidence and the ban being expired i am marking this invalid.

I am new at posting here so I am unsure of how the process normally works. I don't intend to sound argumentative, I just want to attempt to make sure that if a similar incident arises again that an inaccurate previous ban won't be held against me and hopefully reduce the chances of something similar happening to someone else.

With that said...wouldn't a lack of evidence of griefing make my appeal valid? Of course I'm not overly concerned with a 30 minute ban that is already expired, but it would be nice to know if this won't be used against me in the future since I don't like to participate in the "everybody play [class]", even with the mob lynching that tends to ensue against those who don't play along. When I logged back in, judging by the chat, it seems like it was just getting to the point where the people who wanted to stick to one class were becoming the minority and some of the people were lamenting the "end of fun." I don't know if that counts for anything.

Yes it does so just record a demo too in case further evidence is needed.

Anyway I'm locking this now because the appeal is invalid and now you know what to do in the future to report troublemakers.
