Ban Appeal on Kapoach's Behalf

Ok,

I know I'm not the most diplomatic player... BUT, I'd like to file a ban appeal on the behalf of Kapoach who was banned on Skial's Turbine Server. Essentially what happened is Kapoach killed an admin, Ruelel. The "admin" then sees the description tag of his strange rocket launcher that says "Knee Grow Killer." NONE of those 3 words are offensive. Nobody on a skial server has ever said anything to him about that strange rocket launcher description, including numerous admins. Ruelel then banned him for 3 days. After myself, LordThree, and 3 other regulars on the steam community challenged Ruelel about the ban, he extended Kapoach's ban to 7 days then left the server. I'm curious for myself, is this the type of admin skial is going to have on their server? When one is questioned he extends the ban and leaves? It certainly gives the impression to me of "power tripping" admins dishing out bans without explanation whenever they feel like it. Not only that, but, people are allowed to run around with names such as "Cheerleaders who use Buttplugs" and "The Ghost of Kaylee Anthony" while a regular to the skial community gets iron fisted by an admin that doesn't need to explain himself. Please withdraw the ban and examine the qualifications of some of your admins.

I'm pretty sure one of the most prominent rules of these servers (correct me if i'm wrong) is no racism... Maybe you're too ignorant to sound out that word but it's blatant racism..

No, honestly I do not. The 3 words "knee" "grow" and "killer" are not offensive. If you were to interpret that in a negative direction that is applying your own paradigm.
 
I fully agree with Boomerski. No one complained about it, and most the the server was outraged about the ban.

I think an admin would have asked for the name to be changed, instead of banning on the spot.

FYI: while this all happened, a few players had an offencive name in the server, other than those listed by LordThree, and curses were used to express frustration after this unjust ban occured. No one seems to have cared about those well justified swear words.

Please unban and ask for a description change.

He was banned by a head admin prior to this and this is his 3rd ban offense, so he raised it from 3 days to 1 week

problem is... he was trying to be ironic... and it kind of works. meanwhile, you have people spraying offensive shit and having offensive names like 'fuck muffin' and 'just the tip' and they aren't punished at all. I've spoken w/ kapoach and I believe he's changed the name of his weapon (tho in my opinion he really shouldn't HAVE to) so it should be all good. Please lift this ridiculous ban- the guy plays here every night and is part of the 'life' of this server.
 
i asked him to remove the description.
he didn't respond.
im not unbanning him.
 
if we are banning people because of "offensive" weapon names and descriptions, i demand klanana.iT to be banned for ke owns a weapon called "smell vagina washer". and I on one hand am offended.

He has a ban from ROMAN in the past and this is his 3rd ban. His weapon is racist on a server that does not allow racism

Apparently Smell Vagina Washer is racist now.
 
I'm not going to argue about the severity of the punishment, but how can anyone think "knee grow killer" actually means something with knees and grows?
 
Right now, one guy in the server is named FUQQER (all caps, yes). Please come ban him before someone notices.

We don't ban for swears. Racism is not tolerated, whether it's Negro Killer or Knee Grow Killer.
