Racism is not like saying fuck and Casey Antony's dead baby.
Racist hate speech is illegal in many countries. While it is legal in the US, it is still illegal to say you are going to fight or kill anyone over it. We decided not to have this distinction because we don't want to waste time trying to figure out the details of how someone is being racist. Allowing racism on the servers is also bad for our reputation. It is almost universally frowned upon like child pornography.
