Avenge was trying to report blair for chat spam, which is valid, from what I see in chat log. Additionally, there was a report for griefing for blair, and I can't tell just from the chat log whether that was warranted or not. Therefore, I am marking this as invalid, but I have issued the silence on blair for chat bind spam.
