Btw where did you get admin for 2 years? Your first ban was May 8th. I doubt you were an admin for 4 months with no bans until may. Thats just not the cinic we all know :).You might of been around for 2 years though.

I thought it was February. I distinctly remember being here during at least Feb, if not Jan. I remember I didn't do shit, since Taco was the one who did most of the admin actions.

Edit: I was mistaken, then. Neat.

As canned as it might sound, I believe we had above average fans that stayed with us in the very beginning when we didn't have the player base to fill a server every day even though they were already technically superior.

I knew very early on that the other TF2 servers were poorly run, and that I had the ability to make them better. I got tired of reconnecting to different servers and spending 2 minutes on the loading screen every other hour. It took us a long time to get the recognition we deserved, and for nearly 2 years now, we've had the most popular TF2 servers while dozens of other communities closed, even beating out Sourceop's 5 year old 2fort server.

I am very satisfied with how this all turned out.

Are you serious? Dear god you're just as stupid as them.
I do not give a flipping fuck about ratings. I just want to give Bot the recognition he deserves. Without him, none of this would have happened, and I was just curious as to whether he ever gave some thought about stepping back and seeing the whole picture that he had achieved by building Skial from the ground up.
If you, like the other turds, are jealous that you never get acknowledgement or recognition, maybe do something useful with your life for once.

I'm not really "seeking attention", neither am I angry. I also am just "speaking from what I see nothing more" by stating the obvious.

If there's anything that this thread has taught me is that Toxik is a very loving drunk. He seems to make appreciation topics when drunk, so it sounds to me like he's one of those "I love you, man" drunks.
 
The thing I always liked about Skial was that it is not a some clan or exclusive group it is a community than anyone can be a part of. Anyone can come here and make suggestions for the servers and provide their input and there is no agenda or fear of some clan running things their way because they said so.

I also have always appreciated Skial for being involved in both the trading and gaming sides of TF2 whereas other sites/communities are either into trading only or gaming only.
