When I see a porn spray I spray my "Kony for President" spray over it. If you are bothered by porn sprays just spray over them or just ignore them.

Completely agree, also bear in mind that the content of the game are M rated, but there is no rating for online interacions (things the game has no control of) so even if it were rated for toddlers, porn sprays would not be breaching any rules applicable to rating...
Mind you if I see something that I think is sick and twisted or offensive, I will remove it regardless of rating.
