You were asked to make sure your IP changed before re-connecting. You said it did, but it never did. Instead, you used T-Mobile. Do you know how to check your IP? If you go here: http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php , the IP address on the screen and in the box is yours. You won't be unbanned until you can verify your IP ON O2 is no longer 194.228.32.64
 
Yes, I am using T-mobile because I'm just connected to it. In the previous appeal I mentioned that I reside in two places. And yes, o2 indeed caused me to be banned some two weeks ago.

To save your time, it would be great if you adopted a mechanism of other servers both unofficial and official as these do not seem to rely so heavily on IP.

I've been on Skial for quite some time and for no reason at all (I haven't done anything!) I have ask for unban. Just let me play please.

That's irrelevant. You were asked to notify when your IP changed. Your IP did not change O2, so we cannot unban until that one changes. If you were to tell me you plan to never use O2 again, and only T-Mobile, then that would be different.

If you prefer to go on other servers rather than ours, that's your choice, but we are consistently ranked as one of the most popular tf2 communities for a reason, and linked IP bans help to keep the bad ones out. I will not unban until your O2 IP is no longer 194.228.32.64.

I won't be on my o2 connection for some time but still wanted to play. By the time I get to o2, my IP will be rotated again. I will let you know then.
 
I'll unban you then, but do not connect on the O2 until you confirmed your IP changed. I may not unban you again.
