Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Dear admin,
I know i was muted because i said "niqqa". However, i was listening the the song my nigga; I just typed " !gs my nigga" but the admin banned me for 3 days. That was crazy for me. People listen to the song all the time and sing it to. i didn't mean to be racist again I just couldn't talk, so I told myself to just listen to music. AGAIN I WAS NOT "Dodging mute", i was just listening to music. I know i made a mistake and said niqqa but i didn't mean to be racist in the 2nd time. At the end i apologize for the first time , and for the misunderstanding in the 2nd time. I am almost 18 and I will make sure this will never happen again

Because 'my nigga' is a song by YG. There is absolutely no racism in listening to that. He messed up the first time, fine. But he wasn't 'dodging' racism, he was listening to a song. Happy Bob is a favorite on that server, and if anything, people are saying racist things ABOUT him, like calling him a 'spic', etc, and it goes unnoticed. And like Paul mentioned, it seems as if only certain rules are inforced, like racism over homophobic slurs.

Also, the specific type of dodging that occurred isn't listen on on the rule list.

There seems to be a complete disregard for the language of the rules. If you are going to ban someone from the server you need to be very clear on what they can or can't do.

• Racism and other insults to gender, religion and sexual orientation. Does not include discussion of why it is against the rules.
  • Any form of the word nigger (nigga, nigg etc.) is not allowed even if you are just quoting a rap song or you are black, to prevent actual racists from using the same excuse.

There is absolutely no mention in either of these two rules that can qualify BOB's punishment. In no way shape or form was BOB being racist by playing a song over a music player that the server it self has implemented. There is also no rule to what the people can or can not listen to. If he rules were written in a clear and concise manner, and not up to the opinion of the admins, BOB wouldn't be in this position and we wouldn't be having this discussion. But as it stands, the language of the rules does not constitute BOB's punishment.

Why should you believe the intentions of "Teach me to TF2", the person who told you about his original offense. When he explicitly said that he did not like BOB and obviously had a chip on his shoulder about him. Who was also the same person that TallPaul is talking about using the word "faggot" aggressively toward him over the mic. Which the admin chose to ignore at the time.

Reread the dodging rule. It says example. That means that can be more ways to dodge than the examples we gave. It isn't limited to the two examples that we gave.

You are trying to bend the rules to your will, and it is not going to work. This is not your appeal, stop posting here or I will ban you from the forums.


With that being said, I don't see why we can't at least reduce the ban to a day, since it happened a few mins after the silence.

I'll reduce the ban to a day. However, keep in mind that the only thing I was given a report for was your racism. If you have a problem with other people, and they are being racist to you. Report it on the forums, or to an admin, and give us evidence.

I still don't get. is listening ti GS is racist. or the ADMIN just banned me because i was already muted. u didnt make it clear. I was saying that i was listening to MUSIC, i know i said niqqa but banning me because of GS still not fair. alot of ppl listen to this song and other song that has the n word in it on GS y only me? so plz tell me if i did ever listen to this song again or any other song that has the N word r u going to ban me?
