Hello toxicstinkbomb,
you called a votemenu mute on a player named yellow which passed. The player was a younger person that just kept talking in proper english and everything I heard when I was there was that he had not spammed at all. He just talked to other players.
When I asked in the server why he was silenced for spam nobody was able to say what he spammed, further confirming you probably just disliked his younger voice which is per our rules no spam. If you would like to elaborate you can do so here of course.
I will in the meantime tag this appeal investigating. I would like to offer you to make yourself clear with our server rules.
If there occured spam please let me know and I will ask Zrai or cy who were on the server at the time. There is always a possibility that I missed something.

If you read and understand those rules and see that he was not spamming, unless you tell me something different, I can offer you to keep the silence at 1 day as it is now and not raise it to 3 days like we always do for a second offense.
