Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Hello. My name is David Arth. Now, as you ''admins'' can tell, my ''alt account'' is named Lord Derpington The Third, right? WRONG! Also, he said that his account is my alternate account. This was for a humiliating defeat. He thinks that if he did something wrong on purpose, it'll happen to me as well, and I had no way of changing it because I didn't know my brother's password. Well anyway, he got his wish. Now, before I continue, allow me to tell you, that I already made a thread in the Steam Forums about this. Also, the second thing is, this is my brother's account. He's currently 11, and I'm 13. Let me give you the summary of how all this happened. So once, I was owning him in Team Fortress 2, and he eventually rage quit because of it. He didn't talk to me for a whole 8 hours, but then he started to act kinda ''unusual.'' I told him to verse me on a Tuesday I think, and he did. I forgot the map name, but I do remember it was payload. The thing was, for some reason, he actually got one hundred and FIFTY percent better than usual. He started quick shooting and god knows what else. I immediately figured out that he was a hacker at that point. My brother was never that good in the first place. Anyway, I later went on our computer which was downstairs, and I found hack files in the downloads folder. The computer was in sleep mode, so I just pressed ESC and got on easily. I saw his hack files, got on my Steam account, posted this problem on the forums. One guy told me that I would get banned as well for my brother's actions. He only hacked for a few hours, and I think that was it, apparently. I, after that, blocked the files using administrator privileges, then gave him a long talk, about how he can risk both our accounts. He listened, cried for a bit, then deleted the files. I felt dissapointed in him for hacking in the first place, but I was just glad he stopped at that day. Anyway so he kept playing TF2 for a few days, and I checked the comp 3 times each day. Still no ''hax'' files. Anyway, I wasn't on, on the other hand. I had tons of exams this week, and I had to take my time studying for them. Anyway, I came back on today, 9/14/2013, which is a Saturday, just for future reference. I tried to join the Skial Badwater server, and it said I was banned. I was freaked out for a second there, because I didn't know why I was banned. Then I figured out a minute later that it was because of my brother's hax. He didn't install any knew hacks, but I guess the skial admins saw his old hack files or something and banned the both of us. I, at FIRST though, thought it was that MY account was banned, so I tried searching for my name and found nothing. Then I looked in the other list and found my brother's name. I questioned him thoroughly if he installed any knew hacks, and he said he didn't. Well, like I said, I checked 3 times a day for a couple of days, and each time, the comp was clean. Anyway, here I am, writing an appeal for my brother's actions. Also, as you may have noticed, almost all my profile attributes are copied on to my brother's account. This was part of that ''humiliation'' thing I talked about earlier. Anyway, I just want to be unbanned. I can clearly tell that my brother understood what he has done, and I can see the word ''sorry'' in his eyes. I have permanently disallowed the hax file he used in the past, and I'm pretty sure that he can't find any other hax file that will actually work. Most haxs these days are filled with rick rolls and viruses and such, which for once is something I appreciate. I don't want my TF2 experience being corrupted, so all I ask of you is to unban us. I know that the link I posted above is my brother's account, but I was thinking of unbanning the whole IP Address all together. I wasn't able to find my own name after searching for about 15 minutes, so I figured that putting my brother's name would work just as fine. Thank you for reading. I can't edit the post for some reason, because it says I can't post links, because I need a certain amount of posts. Well anyway, at the beginning, I meant to say that it was my brother's account, and he wanted to get me in trouble by using some of my account details, such as my avatar and my name. He also said that his account is my alt, and I am extremely angry at him for doing that. Also, the reason he's been copying my account details is because once I owned him in TF2, as you read later on in the above post, and he was so angry that he wanted to humiliate me in some sort of way using his account and calling it my alt. This has happened to me before, you know, impersonation. I got popular on YouTube, and a few people impersonated me and started stalking me on ROBLOX. Yes, I played roblox back then, but I decided to quit. Also, I deleted the hax he was using. It was some lmaobox hack or something. It seemed suspicious, so I blocked + deleted it. Anyway, my brother's account was created long after mine. I don't know how you can do it, but check the creation dates of my account and my brother's. Both are far apart. Anyway, so I've though about it, and I just want to say, if you're not going to unban m brother, at least unban me. I mean, I don't want to go down because of what my brother did. This is clearly affecting me, as I play on skial all the time. I've played on skial servers for a whole year now, and I love it. I don't want to go down because of my brother's actions, so just unban me at least. I'll just try to make my brother play other games such as roblox or something. He has the XBOX as well, so he can play games on that. Thank you for reading.

First off, you should of made your brother change the account information because I do not believe this. That account has only eight hours of TF2.

Now to point out why I don't believe you.

1. His account name matches your name. This doesn't add up to your story to where he got mad at you and then copied everything to his profile. This profile was made well before "he got mad at you"
2. Do I need to explain #2?
3. As i previously said. you only have 8 hours on this account. It is an obvious throw away in my opinion.

Now to point out why I don't believe you.

1. His account name matches your name. This doesn't add up to your story to where he got mad at you and then copied everything to his profile. This profile was made well before "he got mad at you"

I already explained to you that he wanted to copy me. Also, it's easy to understand as well. -_-
Look, see how he put my Real name and Account name on his account? It's right after he raged. Also, you can change account information at any time, and that's exactly what he did. His real name is Fred, but he changed it to my name after he became mad. The whole ''versus'' thing lasted less than an hour, so I don't understand why you are saying it's a dead ''give away.'' Our parents are strict, and they limit our time on Computer time to one hour. Oh, right, and one other thing. My brother owned a Lenovo X61 Laptop, but the internal screen was broken, and there were colored lines on the screen and such, and so he had to throw it away. On that laptop, he had another Steam account, which had about 60-80 hours of TF2 time. He couldn't use that account on this new computer because frequently he clicked the ''save password'' thing on Steam, so he never entered his password, and eventually he forgot about it. So let me give you a timeline since you obviously didn't understand what I was trying to explain...

1) His laptop broke, he couldn't use it anymore, and he forgot his old steam account's credentials because he always clicked save password on that one, and eventually forgot his password for it.
2) He made a new account on this other computer, named it Lord Derpington The Third. He couldn't find a good avatar so he used mine instead.
3) He played on his new account for a couple of days and got up to 5 hours of gameplay, because as stated above just in case you didn't feel like reading it, I said that our parents give us 1 hour of computer time each day, which is 8-9 PM.
4) I told him that we should verse. We did, I won the battle, he got angry, and downloaded his hack.
5) We versed a second time, he won because of his hacking.
6) I found out about it, posted about it on the forums, and then blocked his hack and deleted it.
7) He stopped hacking for days.
8) I checked on him each time.
9) WE get banned.
10) I post about it on the Skial appeal ban forums.
11) A person who doesn't feel like reading ALL the details responds to me, and instantly doesn't believe me, and provides information against me which I already explained.
Now, the moral of this new post of mine is:
1) Read ALL the details before you don't post and
2) There you have it, all the details so you don't have to read the paragraph.

P.S - Oh right, we were both grounded on Thursday for forgetting our homework, so that's minus one hour.
