Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
Well, for my explanation, I'll go off of what my report said: I was banned for "freekilling"
According to him, I killed all people in one cell because one person hit me. This is not correct, I saw them trying to break the back of the cell(It was the peach cell with breakable wall), so i revved up my minigun to shoot those 2. The soldier then hit me, giving me reason to kill him as well.
Next, there was a heavy standing outside the armory, and i told him to go in because i was bored(I was not warden). As far as i understand, only warden can give permission to enter armory, so i killed him.
I am fairly new to the jailbreak server, and as far as I can tell what i did was not against the rules. I would like to be unbanned, or at least have it shortened to a day or two.​

This is still freekilling. You can't order someone into rebelling just so you can kill them.

He didn't have to do it. I wasn't warden, I didn't force him to do anything. If he refused I would not have killed him.

You shouldn't be giving orders in the first place if you're not the warden, even if they're fake/"trick" orders

Long ago? Perhaps I misestimated the amount of time its been, but i know i haven't been on there anytime before the past month.
Also, my past appeal was for the vsh server, and had nothing to do with things on jailbreak. I'll say it again, I didn't think what i did was freekilling, or wrong in any way. I had seen people do similar things before, and assumed it was ok.
 
With you past history I see no reason at all to unban you. Yes these might be on different servers for different violations but they all count non the less. You are a habitual violator and were given another try after a permaban and here you are again.

Watched the demo, here are my $0.02.
Reds may break the picture room, as long as they don't leave their cells.
There were no orders, they may hit the picture as much as they want to, but may indeed not leave the cell.
You may not kill reds if they stayed in the cell.

I understand why I was banned before, but this ban doesn't really seem fair. I've tried my best to avoid doing things that would get me banned, and "freekilling," which at the time I believed was justified, doesn't seem like it deserves a permaban.
 
I personally don't see why it needs to remain permanent. Freekilling is a silly thing to permanently ban someone for. Most of his custom server time is Saxton.
