Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Ok so I was gagged so i continued to play but I needed to tell someone on my team crucial to the gameplay but I couldn't because of the gag, so I changed my name then, I get gagged for dodging. I'm confused. I never knew that changing your name to talk to friends while gagged is considered "dodging". Please unban me because this is unfair and I didn't know that I was dodging. I really want to lay with my friends on the Skial Turbine+ LA server. I hope you consider me and think this through and make a better decision than the admin , DavidTheTurkey has. Oh and btw David has recently started to unfairly gag people and I'm getting a feel that hes starting to abuse his admin power.

It is right here in the rules, It isn't our fault you didn't read them.

You need to get proof of David abusing his admin commands, otherwise the accusation will be ignored. There has yet to be any problems with him.

I administered the original silence. It was reported to me that you were using racial slurs against players and your chat backs that claim. I silenced you and then David went on to monitor the situation. I'll wait for David, but from your name history tells me you were dodging and David had every right to ban you

Well all I can say is that I'm very sorry Asian, David, and Soviet Spy. Never wanted all this shit to end like this but it has. If the final deicsion is to leave me banned for the week i respect that, but let it be known i do not agree with that decision. I am a human being just as you are, and I do have the ability to abide by the rules. If you'd wish to give me a second chance I'd appreciate that, and give you my word not to abuse it, and that is the extent of my appeal. And I hope we can all be friends and have fun on the turbine server. I mean all of this really.

David isnt abusing his admin powers, you just dont know the rules. Like how you shouldnt have called me a "chink" and how you shouldnt dodge. David isnt gagging people unfairly, how would you know if? You dont even read the rules, David is a admin he has to know the rules. So you cant say anything. And I'm not your friend or ever consider becoming your friend because of how much hate you cause towards me and people of TTC.

I never knew I was dodging and plus I needed to say something important to my team. Plus isnt dodging leaving the sever to avoid the ban?

Dodging means using any sort of method to avoid a punishment. (aka dodging the punishment)

That means changing your name to talk to people
Leaving the server to avoid being vote silenced
Making a new account to start talking on the server
ect

First off, it's not your first offense so you should have seen the rules at least once.
Second, after you were silenced you contacted someone on your friends-list so they would communicate for you in-game
Thirdly, you changed your name as to convey a message.
Lastly, you have no evidence of me abusing my admin powers and I have no reason to.

I have a hard time seeing why you should be unbanned.

After some deliberation and though, I will lift the ban. Seeing as the silence was placed by CDAWG it will stand.
I highly suggest you attempt memorizing the server rules seeing as you're silence history is quite extensive.
