• If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
I cant wait. My teams are losing with out me. Remove it and if he has sufficient evidence, reinstate.
We work at our own discretion, not your convenience. You were punished for abusing the vote menu and the report plug-ins. While the server may have wanted Engy to be punished, that is not justification to punish him, a rule needs to be broken. You reported him to for report spam after your report, which he didn't do. Now you have 2 choices, you either wait here like a good boy for Fenix too respond or you leave yourself and wait for your punishment length to expire.

It took you all of two seconds to initiate a vote as soon as you realized he joined.

PAYLOAD+ | US | Fast 09/26/2017 - 06:36:00 PM [TCA] ENGY WHATS UP

That's already suspect, that just seems like you don't like him and immediately try to silence him.
Then, you did this:

PAYLOAD+ | US | Fast 09/26/2017 - 07:09:04 PM UNMUTE STANNIS /report [TCA] ENGY [U:1:95102901] Report Spam

And while I won't post all of engy's chat here, I went through it and there is not a single report started by him, much less spam.

I know he has a history, and is disliked by lots of people, but making false reports isn't the way to handle it. All that does is make us waste time going back through his chat log, finding nothing, and marking it invalid. It only punishes the admins, not him.

Client mute him and be done with it. Never let him bother you again.

IF you go back and read the rules, client mute engy so he can't bug you anymore, and indicate here that you've done so, I'll see about reducing or removing your punishment.

!ignore doesn't work, console doesn't either. I did my due diligence.

Sorry for the delay getting back, been under the weather. I just tested client mute several times on several different servers and players, and every time it muted their mic and their chat. If your client mute is not working, try toggling it off and then back on the players you'd like muted. If that doesn't work, try toggling it off the offending player(s), exiting, verifying the game cache, then fire tf2 up again and re-enable it on the offending player(s). The only thing I can figure is a conflict between !ignore and the client mute (esc, ear icon, select player, click 'mute in game voice'). The best way to troubleshoot is put everything back how it was to start (unignore people, unmute them from the client mute menu), then try only using client mute. Let me know how that works out.

Works. Can I be unmuted now, puhleaze?

I think we can reduce this silence to "time served." Thanks for your patience and understanding, and try to save us a little grief and stay away from the false reports in the future
