I am still muted on your tf2 turbine server even though I haven't played for months. I know it was over some drama with people who probably don't even play anymore so what gives. I'd like to be able to call simple strat ( i play csgo now its important). Please consider lifting this mute as it wasn't justified in the first place, I just want to play on occasion and not be a ghost in the mist.

Permanent means permanent. And you have multiple silences for racism so I highly doubt it wasn't justified.
 
Righto but I assure you that while at the time it may have been justified, permanent shouldn't mean permanent when I'm a high level player who has doen nothing to spite the community at large. We all live in internet memes, as is apparent with your man dripping soap on chest avatar. That alone isn't enough for me to pass judgement on me however. If the final deicsion is to leave me muted i respect that, but let it be known i do not agree with that decision. I am a human being just as you are, and I do have the ability to abide by the rulses. If you'd wish to give me a secaond chance I'd appreciate that, and give you my word not to abuse it, and that is the extent of my appeal.

I am the one that permanently muted you so I will weigh in on this. I don't frequent Turbine, and I cannot find a report related to the incident, so someone must have reported you to me privately. At that point I either found racism in your chat log or heard you use racism on mic. This was your fifth admin silence with several other vote silences.

It should have been 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, 1 Month, then permanent. But Fluxcap messed up 3 times in a row by not checking your previous mutes and changing the mutes accordingly. Ideally, you should be seeing that your failure to follow the rules causes the consequence to become more and more severe. But that didn't happen because Fluxcap just kept giving out 1 day silences over and over.

Because of this, I will give you one last chance. I will change the silence from Feb. 7 to a month silence, which has obviously expired. This means that you are on your last strike. If you are silenced by an admin (other than Fluxcap apparently) ONE MORE TIME. Then it will be permanent.

Welp I'm banned again, permanently. I don't recall being racist or even know how I could have been racist on a server full of white kids, but I guess I was. I don't mind, but my girlfriend was banned by the console for "dodging", but she isn't me. I guess I'll just have to come to grips with the fact that skial server's aren't for me. I enjoyed your turbine server while it lasted. Thanks for the second chance. I'm not appealing this ban, but I am asking you guys to consider who you ban for what reason (or possibly having more mature admins). Been fun playing with you guys.

You were racist over the mic. After I muted you, your gf said you had to say something, and even then you were racist from her mic.
