My name on the game is {KcK} Panda From State Farm and the admin who muted and gagged me was Meowcenary.
Well for starters in the rules it says that there is no racism or anything towards religion or sexual orientation and i got banned for calling a person a beaner because they called me a transgendered person and called my husband a faggot. When my husband asked the admin why would he mute and gag me for being racist but not mute and gag the 4 people who were saying homophobic gestures like fag and god hates gays and all that other stuff he said it was a matter of opinion on an admin and what the admin believes in. He also said that he just enforces the rules he doesnt make them but yet he didnt do anything about the homophobic slurs! I don't think its right that the admin can say its ok to say faggot but you cant say nigger? It makes the server look bad and if you look at the chat logs you will see many people who got upset over me getting muted and gagged and the homophobes got nothing and they also said stuff like this is why im not coming back to the server. So if there is rules then they need to enforce them all not just one! Anyways the point is if i get my stuff appealed I will not use racism anymore i will just mute the person and turn voice off. Thanks for taking the time to look over my appeal.

Why not post the stuff that otther people was saying to me and sam? Why focus on us and ignore the fact that the admin was not doing his job correctly on all parts? This is why Skial ain't what it used to be but at the end of the day if I have to wait my 3 days then so be it! Just gonna say if someone talks shit about me then I will talk back but at a lower non racist way? But seriously I want to know if the rules state that I can say faggot and other ignorant statements but not allowed to say nigger or beaner or such. Please explain this a little better or at least change the rules of the server. I mean I wanna donate to the server because it is a good server at time and i put " on that but not gonna spend my hard earned money on a server where favoritism takes place...
 
I am fine with waiting that out but to correct you sir. The admin did not come in to the game because of me. He came into the game because of people reporting that a person was hacking.

Well I apologize, I guess I should have read the entire story instead of just posting a dumb comment.

Also, my bad week shouldn't interfere with your appeal.
