Hello Administrator of Skial

My account who was banned called BlackJack2204 was hacked by hacking my email adress.

I must change my email adress and make a new account called JackJack2204 so i don't know what the hacker do but now it say i am ban of skial

I try to contact the suport of steam for delete the account but any awnser

So please unban me that was a hack and i did anything (and i loose money)​
 
Please give us a copy of Valve's response to your steam ticket.

I highly doubt you got hacked. The IP address you are moving now is the exact same location of the IP address that got banned.

And nobody hacks an account just to hack on another server.

Have you been able to login to your other account since it supposedly got hacked?

I have connected just a time beccause i was auto connect to the account and after i have a message of what a other man has logged the the same session
 
Yeah none of this makes any sense. I am not buying what you are selling.


as far as I am aware, there is no such thing as "logged in the same session" message. There is a message that pops up before you log in stating "the account is already logged in". (someone can correct me on this if i am wrong)

you said you got hacked and than made a new account. Your "Nex" steam account was made on June 6th, 2013. That is roughly 6 months before you claim you got hacked.

you can't say you don't have access to both accounts since Nex is on the other accounts friends list. You said in the support ticket your password got changed. You told us you couldn't access it and recieve message.

The IP address you are using now matches the location of the IP address we banned for hacking.Not to mention you also reconnect to our servers (and got banned) under the same exact same ip address as the hacker.

Conclusion? You were hacking on your account and got caught and are now trying to play it of as being hacked. Which doesn't make any sense at all since no one hacks an account just to start hacking on servers.

I contact my internet Operator he said because i have a dynamic ip But it's very strange the place was in france ... (live in UK)
 
so any unban can be do ? thanks you and if a day you unban me i will be happy to do some death run :)
 
and i find a solution make some steam account for go to your server and try to find it it's a name very hard to find and i will always change of server
