Since that my explanation just got deleted by an admin (is skial only interested in one side of the story if they permaban someone?), I will post it here.
Yes, what I did was against the rules, but I find it absurd that I'm getting permabanned for this without even asking for my side of the story.
First, all the info that I posted was publicaly available. He uses his real Name+Surname on this forum, his Facebook account is public, all his pictures are available worldwide. He even has his steam name next to his name and surname on Facebook and his own TF2 screenshots as cover picture on his FBprofile.
I can't believe that this person is concerned about his Steam and Facebook identity being interweaved. It's just an easy way for him to take revenge on all the times that I reported him for breaking the rules (getting him and his alt account banned or muted several times).

This player is even a member of a clan that is dedicated in hating me (started because I taunted after killing some guy multiple times and said something like "rekt", the player started a vote, reported him for vote abuse...). They insulted and bullied me all the time and I gave it some counterweight by making some jokes on them (including the thing I got permabanned for now)

Yes, I know that what I did was wrong, but I don't think that a permaban is the right punishment for this. It's not that I'm a hacker or something. People can tell me that I need to kill myself (https://www.skial.com/threads/jwoww-vote-abuse-insulting.48400/), others receive 6 chances (not eving getting banned, muted) for terrorizing, bullying and insulting the server all the time. I will never be able to play skial again because I joked around with someone who insulted and vote abused me multiple times in the past. Didn't get banned for more than 12 months (last times were for toying with a teleporter trap).​
 
Other players do not know that is his real name. He can post his info but that does not give you permission to post his info whenever you feel like it. This is one of those infractions we take very seriously and is why it is a perma ban.
 
I don't care what goes on between you and him that's not Skials problem.

Going on the servers and posting the names of his friends and what he was doing over the weekend and stuff is a severe breach of privacy and against the rules. Though I do agree that he shouldn't be posting his tf2 name to facebook if he wanted to remain private.

How is it not Skial's problem if it all happens on Skial servers?
 
You're a big boy, if you can't handle Rated M content you shouldn't be playing online. We aren't going to get in the middle of two people going at each other

I'm not a "big boy" because I find it unfair that I'm being permabanned for posting some x-ray scan of a player and others that ask me to commit suicide don't get punished at all?
I don't ask to get in the middle of us, I'm just asking to treat me equally as the others (like people getting muted 6 times by the mods and still taking a piss behind their backs)

It's one thing to get into drama with someone else. It's definitely something else to post some personal information on the largest public space on this planet AKA the internet.

Bold statement, but he placed it public on Facebook, a site with 864 million users. I placed on the chat of a skial server, 24 players...
 
What he does with his personal info is up to him. This is his choice with his info. He did not give you permission to post it so you are GUILTY of this offense.
 
Posting peoples information on our servers is a permanent ban offense. While the person you linked to was abusing the votemenu, which isn't a permanent ban offense.

I am surprised someone with 39 days on our servers isn't aware of the rules and how ban lengths work.

Since his Facebook profile is somewhat public and he has his tf2 name on his facebook profile, I am willing to remove your ban and put a six month silence on you. What you did is still a serious offense.
