So because of your roommates bad decision that in turn makes it so you can not play on our servers is our fault? We have one job and that is protecting the integrity of our servers. Unbanning your IP would not be doing that. Your roommate then could make another account and continue hacking. This has nothing with us and all about who uses your internet. Good luck on those other servers.
 
Deadfront isn't really explaining the situation well.

We can't unban you because we have no idea if it was you or your roommate hacking. All we have is your word, and four different accounts from your IP address.

And if you notice, the name on the profile is Matt. Which is what your name is on the forums, and is the name of the account you linked us to in the OP. In fact, the account in the OP hasn't even been setup yet. So it looks like it was you that was hacking.
I even checked our logs and all four accounts tried to connect within a hour of the ban, and these four accounts tried to connect to the same server. So that is highly suspicious as well.

Even if that was some odd coincidence, we still can't unban you. There have been four accounts with your IP that tried to connect. Which means alt accounts are being made to bypass the ban.

Remember guys, just saying no in an appeal makes us look bad from a third party view. If this was linked to Reddit without an explanation it may be misinterpreted incorrectly. If we post damning evidence in the appeal, than any reference to this thread wouldn't matter because they can see we have our shit together and our evidence to support the ban.
 
both of us immediately went and made alt accounts within the the hour of the banning to see if it was me or roommate came to find that skial just bans all associated IP's that makes sense. There's no point in appealing, oh and guess what my roommate's name is also Matt which probably doesn't help the case.
 
No sorry. We don't know if it was you or him hacking. And since you both made alt accounts you could easily get around the account ban by making a new account.
