I never knew why it kept on banning me, but found out it was my proxy. So now I don't use it anymore when I'm playing​

Go to your Steam profile, click the "Edit Profile" button on the upper right side, then click the My Privacy Settings tab, click the "Public" option under "Profile Status" and click "Save Changes" at the bottom
