Because I wasn't the cheater that got this IP banned, my old friend (who has since left) was hacking and got my house's IP banned.

He's insinuating that he and his brother got IP banned because of his "old friend" and he would like both accounts to be unbanned. He never said his brother was the one hacking.
 
I'm not an admin but I do have a question that someone may be able to answer.
The original ban was issued on 6-10-13 - http://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=98.145.67.117&Submit=
Your brother was banned the following day after the IP was linked.
You were banned on 8-14-13 after the IP was linked
Yet you spent nearly 12 hours on Skial servers on 10-12-13 - http://stats.skial.com/stats/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=146601

So I suppose my question is did you play on a Skial server from another location today?

The account that first got banned is an obvious throw away account, and since you appealed two months later there is no way we can verify anything.

Right, and that's what he did, was he would make a bunch of throw away accounts and cheat on them; So seeing how the anti-cheat is automated (isn't it?) it wouldn't hurt to unban us? As as I said previously, "my old friend (who has since left)".
The only reason I cared enough to even attempt to get unbanned is just my brother and I play comp, he does Highlander and I do 6's and skial is the place our teams come together just to mess around and hang out in mumble. So when we try to join the carnage we can't.
 
There is no way we can verify that it is your friend and not you or your brother. The ban will not be lifted.
 
Look, if it was my brother, then the anti-cheat would just re-ban this ip; and steamID's. Correct? Why be so anal about it?
 
Because some of hacks are not detactable yet and we are not taking that chance.

It is not my fault you cannot manage your network.
