Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
I'm unsure as to why i have been banned myself. I assume it's because i use an open network and someone has been an idiot... I have since asked for a password to be put on the router and stopped people from using my pc.

Some infomation would be great

You were automatically banned because your IP has been registered as that of a hacker.

The originally banned account looks like a throw away account, because it doesn't even have it's Steam profile set up.
Since this is a F2P-game, which allows the infinite acquirement of new accounts, we ban the IP hackers use on our servers.
You carry the full responsibility of your own IP, and additionally you cannot proof in any way that this account does not belong to you.
 
So basically, just to be safe, you ban everything on the IP to be safe, whilst i see where you're coming from, i do find it unfair to shared network users.
Is there not a chance of being unbanned as i have never incurred any ill behavior/ill respect to any of the Skial servers myself - I will even go as far as to making sure to talking to all 6 people who were connected to the network, same as me as to stay away from TF2 in general. (They are more MMORPG players so this should not matter to them).
