Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I belive I should be un-perma muted because it has been 11 months which is more than enoug time to re-think my descions that got me perma muted and do something about them.​

After your first appeal of this in back in February you earned another month ban for freekilling during the summer.
I don't see why it is in Skial's interest to unsilence you if you are so committed to breaking rules that you are risking permanent bans.
