I think my case should be reviewed because the demo that was sent, in my opinion, doesn't demonstrate any hacking evidence and was also extremely short .
I also want to point out how aimbots lock on into specific places in player hitboxes, and you can clearly see i'm not hitting the same spot in their hitbox.
You can see im not using triggerbot either because of my shots aren't being shot as soon as i have my aim on their hitbox. Those are two variables that completely remove any option of using any program. There isn't anything on tf2 that shoots like i did there , or it locks into a specific place or it shoots as soon as it reaches the hitbox.
I think if i would actually been spectated in game then i wouldn’t even get banned in the first place.
I never have never hacked or cheated on skial servers.
If asked i can record footage in my POV of equal or better shots so it can be analysed better.

I think i should be unbanned due to the fact that i have never cheated in any skial server ever.
“Everyone says that” - I have probably around 4000 hours in tf2 counting all my accounts. My main (Mr.High link) has 3500 hours and 2000 in-game hours just on sniper. I also have over 2000 hours just in skial/turbine, so why would i cheat on the servers that have a wide range of cheat detection tools, that link all your accounts just by IP. 90% of my time in team fortress 2 is on skial turbine while playing sniper (check my main’s skial stats(link)).
I consider myself a really good sniper, especially when it comes on turbine, i know all the spots, pre-fires and “tricks” that you can do on the map, i also know everyone that is a regular on that server, after a while you understand people's routine, you understand their movement and position when facing several positions in the map.
No one can tell this but me , but my conscience is completely clear when it comes to skial, i have never used any type of tools / skins / scripts / ESPs/ anything to alter the way i play on skial, im solely doing this because i just play tf2 for the skial turbine server at this point or else i wouldn't even bother try to explain my innocence.
Now about the day when the report took place.
I fired up one of my alts (currently this one that im appealing) and joined the server to play with my girlfriend, i joined the server and the server was full of regular people that use to play there that i know, i play a bit, i get decent shots nothing especial, and then i get balanced to the opposing (against all the regular people that i know, including the person that reported me), i do good in my opinion but nothing worth bragging for me, since i know these people especially one of their snipers that is a regular too , and i pre-fire him because he's always on the same spot so i just kill him without him seeing me, which i'm 90% sure made him call me out to his friend which is also one regular that reported me (not the first time he reports me while i'm on a alt).
But with all this, in my opinion were/was nothing I did that game report worthy, it's casual stuff that i'm used to due to all time i spent there.
About the actual “proof” that he submitted, and that it was surprisingly for me, ban worthy.
This is one of the things that makes me so frustrated, the demo that he submitted was literally just above one minute, how can someone manage to need so much little to permanently ban someone? I can almost promise that when this report was sent, if someone actually would have taken the time to spectate me play, I wouldn’t have gotten banned.
Carrying on, i got in touch with one of the moderation team of skial and had an open minded talk with him, i asked him if we could analyse the demo together and tell me the ticks that he thought it was “bannable” and i could try my best to explain the thinking behind the actions, which for me i thought it was extremely hard since it just sound weird explaining your gameplay routines and/or what you do when you play since you flow naturally when playing and don't think about what you do and what movements you do.
I'm gonna try to explain here, he basically pointed out, in a slowed down way how my aim went to the target and then it went to the opposing direction, all i could say at that is just one of the ways i flick. What i have noticed is that i flick in 2 ways, 1 general way that your aim just quickly goes over / to the target and shoot , or flick which is in like a “whip” kind of way which you drag your aim to wherever your brain tries to predict and pull it back and doing this feels much faster than general direction flicking, i noticed that i do this in situations that whenever a target is almost going into cover and im almost losing sight of him or when i suddenly have to try to hit a target in the air or in a elevated position.
This sounds weird written but its the best way i have to try explain the reasoning behind what i did, you can also see me peaking slowly of the corner which is one of the things that i constantly do and it feels like it makes me react faster since im slowly uncovering the vision field and have my aim ready.
This is pretty much what i did in the demo, it doesn't look anything abnormal.
