It is VAC banned with you and another throwaway account as the only friends on the account. The description on the account is "New account dedicated to destroying every player on tf2."

I am 90% sure that is an an alt account of yours that got caught hacking on Skial servers and also VAC banned. Even if it isn't, we are not unbanning the IP address because someone from that IP hacks and we cannot allow that.
 
So you are saying that the only way i can play on your "Skial" servers is to het a new router and service provider or new plan to get a different ip?
This is utter BS, you have the assumption of me being tied with an account. Thats not right there is no way of me being linked to the account besides me being a friend withthat person.
 
Actually there are three things linking you to that account. The account is obviously a throwaway account used for hacking.

1. You are on his friends list.
2. You have the same IP address.
3. You have similar names [OpTic][FaZe]

Not to mention you are banned here on the same day for the exact same thing
