Hi, here because I'm curious about a mute or something... trying to understand the basis for it...

More importantly, is there a commonly agreed-upon definition for "chat spam"? I would submit the argument that one-half to two-plus minutes between text chat events does not constitute a rate at which one (of reasonable mind) would designate it "chat spam" Thanks all!​

He was spamming something about "TF2 Rule Bot" over and over on the mic and sometimes on the chat. I commented here earlier but the post got deleted.

Plus on top of that, he encourages people to break rules. It's in the demo I sent earlier of two other players. $5 was there and he was encouraging them to continue to mic spam and vote abuse.

I see no evidence of him mic spamming. Please provide it.

His chatlogs are not spamming, but he is getting a little close. Nothing I would consider to be a big deal.

The last report I sent in. There's a demo of two of $5's friends spamming and vote abusing. Everytime there's someone on who's mic spamming or chat spamming, he tells them to keep doing it and that it's not against the rules. By spamming, I mean singing on the mic, screaming into it, and/or continuously using a single bind over and over again. He encourages people to break rules.

Stop trying to tell me what he did and give me evidence.

Hm, watched this demo. I definitely told Gramps I preferred him spamming LOL instead of "that word" (faggot), but any adult with half a brain would recognize that as a gracious attempt at telling him to stop using that word... not telling him to continue to "break the rules". Geesh.

Assumed that there will be a demo to back up the micspam claim, but then I had to go take care of something and got back about 30 or so minutes ago.
