Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was banned for dodging,after i was muted.the mute stays when i change my name and such so why would the ban be dodging?
I didn't change my name to anything malicious,and i change my name frequently so this was no rare occurrence.​

You were banned because you changed your name as to convey a message. In doing so you were communicating with those who were in the server with you, which is called "dodging a mute". When this happens, the person merits a ban.

Seeing as wasn't I who banned you but @Mocha: Raffling Merchant, I'll leave it to him to decide whether or not you should be unbanned.

Dodging is using any kind of method to avoid a punishment. Like changing your name to talk, pming your friend to talk for you, leaving the server before a vote can pass, and so on. Keep this in mind, you won't get another chance.
