Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

It says I was banned for a new Steam ID on a banned IP. I recently moved to college and I've been using the ethernet they provide there. I guess someone got IP banned on there before.​

We can unban you but not the IP address. We don't know if the hacker is still there. If we did unban it he can easily reconnect and hack on our servers again.

So yeah, it sucks but I don't think you can play on our servers anymore. At least at your college. That guy ruined it for you.
