IF mittens actually even voted to ban me for "griefing" which I was not doing, then why wouldn't you voteban me? Is it really necessary to ban someone because they're playing the game? IF this was intentional, a proper ban would be a maximum of 1 hour.
I am tired of these bans, I'm going to record my skial gameplay from now on.

You already have a ban on record for racism and it was a 1 day ban. IMHO you are lucky that this one was only a 1 day ban as well. Mittens doesn't need to vote to ban you. He seen you griefing and took the proper steps.
 
I wasn't griefing, I was playing spy and a medic who I don't even know healed me.
Also the racism thing was a year ago if you checked the dates

Doesn't matter if it was a year ago. They still add up and dont drop off.
 
Okay? So he banned me for something I did a year ago when I first joined steam?
You can add the guy who was healing me, I don't even know him, I wasn't griefing, I was playing spy and he kept healing me. it's not my fault if the medic was being dumb.

Fair enough im sure mittens will address when he logs on.
 
Are you sure it was because you were being healed as a spy? There must have been something else, because that is not griefing. You cannot choose to be healed by an enemy medic. If he was intentionally healing you then that's on the medic not the spy.

Is there more to this story?

I am sure Mittens banned him for that. That is 'griefing' and against Skial rules.

Edit: If "[TASK]Chip" was the medic then he was banned.

I would have to imagine mittens would have to warn him first. These are public servers, and I wouldn't find it inconceivable that a newbie medic might accidentally heal a disguised spy for a bit. A stretch, I know - but not completely out of the question.

Regardless, I sure hope someone has a demo.

The medic has over a day's worth of hours on Skial. He is not a noob. He was definitely griefing.
 
You were cooperating with him for some time, even letting him know that you would brb.

It wasn't just a random, short-lived event. The two of you were working in tandem for some time. There was no way for me to tell whether you knew him or not but either way I don't find it relevant.
 
I wasn't even talking to him, I was killing the engy and trying to destroy the buildings and I died. He responded, also I don't know this guy.
 
I don't really believe you.

Maybe if at any point you asked him to stop and/or didn't repeatedly go back to him so he could continue griefing with you then I might consider it.

I also see nothing in your chatlogs telling him to stop or reporting him to the forums. Which also makes you accountable.

The ban was changed to three days because it is your second time being banned on skial. Everyone who has been banned on skial for a second time has a three day punishment. It is nothing personal and it is not because you made an appeal.
