You were banned because an alternate account was banned for hacking on your IP address. We don't unban hackers.
 
How is that possible? I'm the only one that uses my computer. I don't use proxies or anything like that.
 
Hmm that's strange. It could have something to do with something that happened a couple weeks ago.
I logged into Steam on my friend's roommate's computer and I forgot to sign out of it. The guy messed around with my account (deleting items from TF2, Dota2, playing games that he didn't own on his account) but I contacted Steam and they helped me to get my account back. Now I know there is a very slight chance that could explain why the hacker is on my friend's list but I know for a fact that does not explain how the hacker used my IP address. And for that I am at a loss for words.
 
Considering the alt account is a few days old, only has 9hrs of TF2, has only connected from your IP, and joined the same server that you frequent (2Fort NY) this makes me think that it's an alt account that you made specifically for hacking.
