Hey, it's ya boy Augar. It's been four years since my ban, and I'm ready to make an appeal. I got banned for a very minor offense, and the only reason it was permanent was because it was my third ban. I never did anything that would warrant a permanent ban, just a few small things. What I did might have not even been against the rules, but we'll leave that for another time. Let's face it: casual mode sucks and Skial has basically the only reliably active community servers anymore. I want to rejoin the Skial community. I promise I'll be good.​

You had a lolicon spray and then tried to argue the law with us when you were banned. You also got banned from the forums a few times and made several alts to dodge your ban. I don't see why we should remove the ban now.

I was only arguing laws because you made it sound like FBI party vans were going to show up at my house and drag me away.

Alright so lolicon. Yes we all know it's porn of little kids. But it's also drawn so it's kinda a grey area in a lot of cases. It was a grey area in the Skial rules at the time as well. It was not explicity stated back then. That's why I asked sarcasm first, because I wanted to get an official opinion on this grey area, not because I knew it was against the rules. I would've done the same for a particularly intense regular porn spray.

Mainly the reason I think I should be unbanned is just because it's been almost four years. That's like an eternity in online gaming. I have had countless online friends come and go during that time. I am in touch with almost none of the people I knew then, and I made a lot of new friends since then. Look, I'm not gonna have a lolicon spray again now that I know the moderator's stance on it. I am very capable of behaving myself, so please give me another chance.
 
I unbanned you. Any reports on you breaking any rules will result in you being permanently banned again.
