There is a spy main who is pretty infamous for cheating on Valve pubs. I have encountered him a number of times. His MO is to wall hack/aimbot and use crit hacks with the stock revolver. It's less obvious (and more effective) against pubbies than aimbotting with the Ambassador. I suspect he also using backstab exploits (backtracking, auto-backstab, etc) but I am less clear on that.

He's has other public bans. Sadly, a number of servers (and therefore sourcebans pages) are now down. (Thank you Valve for killing off most community servers.) He was perma'd on slay.tf. There were a few other public bans as well, but they're now gone.
I don't play on the Skial servers where this guy plays. I'm asking the community who does so to try to get some evidence of him cheating. I've see him flagrantly cheat on Valve's casual servers, but it's impossible to record evidence there (even if it were allowed on Skial.) Thanks in advance for your help.
