For the admin who reviews this, this player often comes on the server and hasn't hacked in the past (I realise that this is not any form of proof), however they often do have very high ping (often 600+) which makes people believe they're hacking.

For example, from the player who reported them:

If the evidence says otherwise then obviously ban them, this was just my two cents.
